No offense but if the worse that occurs is that you cut your thumb then consider yourself lucky.
I consider it a good day at warped when I've only sprained one ankle and I'm only bleeding from five or six places XD.

It's a Nikkor 24-70mm F2.8G (link) on a Nikon D700. Someday hopefully I can afford a longer zoom lens for this body, but probably not for a long while

Also, I think this one was an even wider shot but I had a photographer in the frame to my left in some of the shots on the barricade and cropped it
